-Each unauthorized and/or unregistered overnight guests will result in a discretionary charge of $50 per night. -Each unauthorized pet on the property will result in a discretionary charge of $100 per night. -We have a pet fee of $29 per pet. Guests bringing more than one pet must receive special approval from owner and pay additional $29 per pet fee. -When available, an approved early check-in or late check-out will cost $25. -Unapproved early check-ins and/or late check-outs will result in a discretionary charge of $49 per hour. -An unauthorized party/event will result in a discretionary charge of $250 in addition to all additional costs of cleaning and repairing damages. -The presence of residual smell from any kind of smoking (e.g., cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) will result in a $250 charge plus any additional costs of cleaning and/or damage repair. -Excessive noise during quite hours will result in discretionary charge of $100 in addition to any an all costs incurred by the disruption caused to guests in other units.

We were delighted with this stay. The decor was our favorite! The house was very clean and tidy. The book choices were neat and on theme for the house. This is a cool place to stay with the kids for a trip to the zoo. We would absolutely stay again.

This a great place to stay. We were only there overnight but we wished we could have stayed longer. The beds are so comfortable, it's very clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. Can't wait to stay here again. Benjamin is a great host making sure you have everything you need.
