Great spot in Graham! The duplex is cozy with a solid view of the park. Plenty of space, + the kitchen was actually stocked like somebody cared. Only thing that had me a little thrown off, no curtains on the front or back door. Made it a bit awkward trying to watch TV once the sun went down. Granted, the area is quiet and tucked away, but still… curtains would’ve taken it to that next level for winding down once returning.

We had a wonderful stay here! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was peaceful, making it easy to relax, and everything we needed Our host was responsive and friendly. Check-in was smooth, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, this was a great experience, and we would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Graham!

This was my first AirBNB ever. I actually felt a little nervous but it ended up being fairly simple. Benjamin was a great host and messages were returned quickly. The home was exactly as described and very clean! The beds slept wonderfully. I wasn’t sure how to get notifications that the host had messaged me, so it was me that may have had some poor communication! Maybe I should have downloaded the Airbnb app?!?

My sister had a baby shower at a nearby resort, so I rented the place for me, my kids, my grandkids, my other sister, and my niece. The four bedrooms were perfect, the kitchen was large and lovely, and I grilled steaks on the charcoal grill. We enjoyed the hot tub, and it was very conveniently located to everything. I especially enjoyed the coffee bar with a Keurig, pods, and a drip maker with filters.

Our group really enjoyed Benjamin’s space. It was just what we needed to rest well during a conference our families attended. The location was really wonderful! Benjamin’s communication was quick and informative. It had thoughtful touches with games, books, and an outdoor space that our kids really enjoyed. We hope to be back!

I stayed here with my family while visiting relatives, and this house worked perfectly for us. We enjoyed spending time together in the backyard and relaxing in the sunroom. I highly recommend this home for any large family looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Benjamin's place was beautiful..just like the space we had imagined and lovely for the family to hang out and enjoy each others company. Close to bars, coffee shops and restaurants and easy to find. Great indoor and outdoor space for relaxing.

Me and my fiance had such a quiet and relaxing weekend at Benjamins home. It was in a cute and convenient location. Benjamin was very quick to respond to any questions i had and so helpful. We will definitely be back to visit in the future!

Awesome sauce is all I can say. This house has all the bells and whistles. I loved it, the layout and the environment. I will say this I was floored at the design details I would love to rent those home on the spring

Loved how close this was to the interstate - made getting in and out super quick and convenient. The place was cozy and perfect for a weekend trip! Would definitely stay here again 10/10 !
