This house gave exactly what It needed to give we were traveling down to Greensboro on a business trip and I took my team with me. The atmosphere of the house is amazing. The decor is definitely giving a homey vibe. The only thing I would change is TVs than all of the rooms that way when you’re not traveling with families, there’s not this awkward silence of having to sit in the living room watching something togetheryou would be foolish not to book this beautiful home

Benjamin's place was as pictured. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space. As mentioned by others, there is road noise as the house is on a main street. However, it wasn't that bad at night. We didn't have any issues sleeping. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a lovely and peaceful stay. The house was exactly as described and we felt right at home. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and on a quiet residential street.

This was our second time staying. It was just as the description said it was! We loved the house/lake. The hot tub was great. You can fish. Our family really enjoyed it. Hopefully we’ll be back again soon.

We had a great stay this weekend. I was a little worried about some of the prior reviews about a recurring leak, but it looks like it was fixed prior to our arrival. There was normal wear and tear that you would find with any rental, but we found the home comfortable and I enjoyed my morning walks around the neighborhood while I was there. The host team was extremely responsive to my questions. I will definitely look to book here again when we visit family in the area.

We were in town for a graduation in the area and Benjamin's place was the perfect place to refresh and relax. The place was very inviting when you walk in and had every amenity one could want. One of the nice surprises was that we could walk to a beautiful Arboretum with lakes, streams and lovely flowers. All communication with Benjamin was easy, prompt and helpful.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very cozy & looks exactly as pictured. This is a basement apartment & we heard lots of noise & talking our first night but the guests settled down & we never had any trouble sleeping due to noise. I could not locate a remote or figure out how to turn off the ceiling fan but the host was super helpful & told me exactly what to do. I would definitely stay here again!! And the bed was super comfortable!!

Benjamin's place was a great place to stay and a great location, right across the street from a park. Unfortunately it was too hot to enjoy the park, but at least we know for next time. Benjamin's place is a 2-bedroom, 1 bath, perfect for just my wife and I. We were with-in a mile or so of the square in Graham where there are restaurants and ice cream! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the Graham/Mebane area!

This is our second stay here. There's plenty of space for our large family, in a beautiful neighborhood, a huge backyard to run around and play in, and a great sun room. We will gladly stay here again if we are in the area!

This is house is so cute and cozy! I would highly recommend this house to anyone. I am a local and had to stay here because my house is having renovations and we needed to get out of the house. This area is a well established, older neighborhood. It is very close to fast food and local restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, grocery stores, library, children’s museum. It is quiet at night. I felt very safe. The yard is so nice! No one bothered us. Saw one neighbor and he was friendly and said hello. The upstairs bedrooms are so cozy!!! It was perfect for my family size. The sun porch was my favorite! Overall, great place to stay if you are traveling to the Graham, NC area!! Benjamin’s team responded every time I texted. No complaints!
